Yes — every Chitti Groups project has full DTCP approval and clear legal title. We provide an encumbrance certificate (EC) and legal opinion before any sale agreement is signed.
What is the minimum plot size available?
Plot sizes start from 150 sq yards and go up to 500+ sq yards in Phase 2. Our team will share the full layout with plot-wise dimensions during your site visit.
Can I get a home loan for purchasing a plot?
Yes. We have tie-ups with SBI, HDFC, ICICI and major NBFCs. Our loan assistance team helps with documentation and secures approvals within 7–10 working days for eligible buyers.
What amenities are included in the plot price?
All plots include: underground drainage, underground electricity, wide CC roads (30–40 ft), landscaped parks, gated security, borewell water supply, and street lighting — all standard, no extras.
How do I book a plot?
Start with a site visit to select your preferred plot. A token booking amount (typically 10–20% of plot value) secures your choice. The balance is structured in installments up to registration.
Can NRIs purchase plots in your projects?
Yes, NRIs can purchase subject to FEMA guidelines. We assist with Power of Attorney, NRO/NRE requirements, and online documentation to make the process smooth from abroad.
